No this is not a Tuk Tuk in India. Something new in Barra de Navidad. Pretty cool. Wonder if it's part of the taxi fleet

Is there any information you can provide me with regarding living in Barra de Navidad? My wife and I are considering moving there but I'm concerned about crime. What is the crime level and what are the types of activity to be aware of?
A few house break-ins now and then but that's it. Just like anywhere else
